These are my computer ordering spreadsheets for Excel 5.0.  The file (EXCEL.EXE) is self-extracting - just move it to the desired directory and double-click on it (from File Manager) or "run" it.

Open start_up.xls workbook first, select "start up" tab from bottom of page and follow instructions there.
